Meet Our Director of Coaching

     For the past 30 years, coaching, teaching and instructing has been my passion. I have obtained much wisdom and growth during my endeavors. Blessings come in many forms, one of which was being appointed Director of Coaches for Arsenal FC over the last year.  As most major soccer clubs, we are focused in developing players to become the best player they may become while still enjoying the love of the game. Building a great foundation. To teach sportsmanship with a competitive spirit, teamwork, and understanding competitive soccer assist in everyday life conditions.  I have coached players from the age of 4 years old to collegiate players. With over 40 years of soccer experience under my belt, I have developed a philosophy, as an organization if we can make a positive difference in a player life, we have done what we have been called to do.

Michael Starkey, Aaron Garza , William Taylor and Shawn Tillman. **I am current playing men's league, Div 1 SA Storm. Coaching Licenses:            FG coaching license 1996 USSF E coaching license 2000 USSF D National license 2004 Working on completing the United States Soccer Federation National "C" youth license.
