At our sister club, Greater Randolph Area Youth Soccer Association (GRAYSA), offers a fun and educational experience for kids, beginning with their first experience in soccer to their fullest potential as athletes. GRAYSA Recreational League serves approximately 1000 kids, offering programs for players from ages 3 to 16. The GRAYSA Recreational Program focuses on teaching fundamental ball skills in a fun, positive atmosphere. All players play a minimum of 50% of each game. The GRAYSA Recreational level coaching is primarily performed by a volunteer parent.
Practices are held once or twice during the weekdays at Schertz Sports Complex or at neighborhood parks throughout Schertz. As a supplement practice a GRAYSA Recreational coach can choose to have their team practice once a week in our Recreational Training program. These Recreational Training sessions are run by our GRAYSA Recreational training staff. GRAYSA Recreational coaches are encouraged to attend these sessions and work alongside our training staff with their teams.
